Dani Cross - Executive Sommelier/Chef
Level 3 Sommelier and Senior Wine Educator
After becoming the top instructor at her wine school and the editor of Corks & Forks, the wine pairing textbook for all other level 3s Dani created her own Import/Distribution/Education company in Colorado specializing in sustainable boutique wines from around the world. After hosting thousands of wine classes and events her next step was to create a sustainable wine bar.
Designing a cutting edge plant based menu meant she had to be chef as well as run the over 80 wines by the glass wine program. Having a trained palate like hers in the kitchen means every dish is amazing and everything has wine in it.
Dani has designed over 50 different wine classes to take you from beginner to expert and creates and hosts some very unique unique and always fun wine events. And she always seems to know what wine you will like.
Bella Blue - GENERAL MANAGER
Bella Blue is the reason buvez is in BC. No BSL (breed specific legislation) in BC made the Okanagan an even better place to live. If finding a place to live with dogs was easier it would be perfect. Bella Blue spends her days taste testing new menu items, posing for promotional photos, playing football, hiking Layercake Mountain and napping.
Gracie - VP Client Relations
Gracie helped create Vin Boutique and has hosted tastings, event meetings, private dinners and classes and she is the most charming hostess every time. She loves to meet people and help them understand wine.
Teddy Bear - VP Client Relations
Teddy has been hosting tastings and events since 2012. Helping taste test new dishes is one of his specialties. Always happy and ready to play ball Teddy makes everyone feel like they are welcome and loved.
